One reading position runs a phone app — the reader writes it as you scroll, and the library card, the Continue card, a collection's share read, today's goal ring and the streak all read it back.
src/app/demos/rillOpen RillDemos compose the primitives in components/ui — tables, sheets, toasts, avatars, badges — and resolve every colour, radius, shadow, and motion to a design token, so the whole experience follows the light/dark theme and the accent preset without a single hardcoded value. State persists locally so audiences can experiment and reload.
Every demo is a complete application in a different domain — its own layout, its own workflows, its own accent preset, and AI embedded where it earns its place. The only thing they share is the token layer. That is the point: one theme, and five products that prove it.
